IT sector is thriving like never before

The technology sector had to shift into higher gear to meet the increased demands caused by the pandemic. From managing projects to sharing files, collaboration tools and applications had the strongest role to play, as they have enabled companies to stay in touch with customers and their own colleagues. The question was not about whether the companies need it, but rather how quickly we can deliver it, let’s say right now – interview with Melinda Kulcsár, Managing Director of DynaGo.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected many areas of our life, both private and business, including our IT sector. Melinda Kulcsár, CEO of DynaGo said that the demand for IT solutions has further increased in the past 1,5 year. One of the effects of the pandemic was that managers have become more open to standardised, digitalised solutions. In addition, the benefits of advanced management systems have become more valuable. There has been an increased demand especially for cloud solutions and remote working tools, so platforms that support day-to-day communication and collaboration within the company or with customers. Although, statistics are not yet available we can expect double-digit growth for the last period according to the CEO. She also added that service providers could adapt well to rapid change and increased demand, as IT is a competitive industry. At the same time, recruiting and retaining the right IT professionals required a major effort from employers. DynaGo has managed to win several important clients lately, thanks to the highly professional work and consciously built service portfolio. Melinda Kulcsár also expressed that at DynaGo, the special experts pay a great attention to assessing and understanding the customer needs, as this is one of the key factors to a successful IT solution implementation. The specialized DynaGo Force team is rather an expansion of the client’s team – we can state that the company’s success lies in this unique approach. As for the future of the IT sector, she said that looking at the current trends, the role of IT will further increase surely. A resilient, secure and yet flexible working environment will be a basic requirement, completed by the ever-increasing data transmission and access needs.
